Didn't Go Out !

We were going to go out to Dobbies today,but when we got up this morning it was really quite grey and drizzly so we decided not to bother, and will go next Tuesday.  It has cleared up now a bit though which will be better for the racing over at Aintree anyway. 
It is Ladie's Day there today, which is traditionally the day when all the girls/women go in their finery. Big hats, floaty dresses,low cleavages and  very high heels and a glass in their hand!  The press usually have a field day and the next day photographs of drunken women  or outrageous dresses and hats all over the pages. 
Vin went off to Tesco's this morning instead of tomorrow, one reason was that they didn't have any papers in the shop down the road, and also because he thought the shop would be really busy tomorrow.  Came back for his coffee  quite quickly, and had to park way down the road. The parking outside here is getting terrible these days. People leave their cars parked and go off to work on the train all day so that blocks the road up. 
Little Jessie was really grumpy last night, she came up on the bed but wouldn't play with Vin and went to bite him, then jumped off like greased lightning he said she is a bit grmpy. A bit ???
