A Bit Blowy!

A bit blowy indeed to say the least. It seems storm Ali is with us for the time being. We heard on the radio that some poor woman had been blown off a cliff at Galway, a terrible way to go. A too.
We went to Dobbies this morning for our coffees for the month, it is always a blowy spot at the best of times but today you had to be careful  Vin nearly got blown over going across for the wheels.
We had a bit of a mooch round first, they are in the middle of putting the Christmas things out already. It must be awful working in a shop, Christmas stuff from September! but they all do it. It's a wonder they don't have the Christmas trees out at the front by now.   We just bought some cakes for keeping and some shortbread biscuits that were on offer, and that was it really today. Nothing else caught our eyes yet, and it is too early to be buying stuff for Christmas yet.
We then went for our coffees and it was quite quiet today, probably the weather keeping people away. Vin had a latte with a flavour and I had a flat white which are really nice from there and not too big.
Home for lunch which is yogit and crips!
Jessie did not move from her basket. I love the way she rushes to the front door when we come in! More like she flops down in the doorway to trip you up, me anyway!
I've woken up now, ready for my cream cake!!
