Snow all gone this morning and no sign of frost either, Still cold though although Vin says it is quite mild, he is much hardier than me, i feel the cold more than he does.
Had a visit from Jack from next door yesterday, he got in through the cat flap and Jessie disappeared upstairs. I was in the computer room, when Vin came up with him. He is really lively, runs around al over the place and is really nosey. I stroked his head and he rolled over on the carpet. Reached down to stroke him and he went mad, growled and caught my hand, quite a bad scratch on my palm in a couple of places and the back of the hand too. Vicious little sod! I'm not doing that again! Vin says this morning they were both at the cat flap waiting for biscuits both him and his sister Milly. he said it looked like a food kitchen!
Vin has gone off to Tesco this morning, he was going to go tomorrow but decided to go on his usual day or he would be out of sync as he puts it. he says that he is going to be quick going round. mainly to keep out of the way of people.
The pandemic is still very strong, sad day yesterday as the death toll reached the one humdred thousand mark. Such a lot of sorrow, all thos mothers, fathers, brothers sisters etc., The Prime Minister was on television yesterday, saying he was sorry for everything that has happened. Not that they could have done anything differently really, things moved so quickly. It is a year on Sunday when the people who were in Wuhan were brought back to isolate in Arrowe Park and then we had no idea just how bad that things were going to get.
Vin has just rung up to say he is coming back, and walking across the car park he found a pound coin so he is a happy bunny now too!
A nice gentle cat, not a scratchy cat at all!!
